Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and we'll refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
All prices are shown in USD. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Product use and safety
Our squishies are stress-relief toys, not food, and are intended for ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Keep away from pets and sharp objects.
Intellectual property
The RelaxSquish name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to RelaxSquish and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
