Everything you need to know about how your squish gets to you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery estimates
Standard tracked shipping typically takes 8–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Use the Track order page with the tracking number from your shipping email.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't moved for 10 days or hasn't arrived within 30 days, email support@relaxsquish.com and we'll replace it or refund you.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are rare for orders of this size.
