30-day money-back guarantee
You can return any squish within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in the condition you received them — a few test squeezes are absolutely fine.
How to start a return
Email support@relaxsquish.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
Damaged or wrong items
If your squish arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo. We'll ship a replacement free of charge — no return shipping needed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved. Banks usually take 3–10 business days to show the credit.
Exchanges
Want a different squish instead of a refund? Tell us which one and we'll swap it, covering any price difference in either direction.
